“I called our local SERVPRO branch, and they were courteous, professional and helpful from the very first phone call. They not only answered all of my questions, but they were able to get a crew out to my house in less than two hours to start drying it out.
They assisted me with getting the asbestos testing performed (which is required in all homes built prior to 2004), performed all of the necessary demo, setup heaters and dehumidifiers as needed, and did all the cleanup when they were done.
They also touched bases with me regularly to let me know what was going on, and someone came out to my house every day during the dry out process to check on the progress. I felt well taken care of, and didn’t feel like anything was left to chance.”
