Strengths and weaknesses

Every Friday we start as a team; we take time to celebrate one another, to recognize team members going above and beyond and to talk about our mission statement and core values. We typically switch between having someone read the mission statement and people reading the core values. A few weeks ago, we decided we should give corral reading a shot.
